Training initially began with the base aim of training its employees at a higher level. the different courses  include their own needs specially in welding, electricity, automotive mechanics and air conditioning and heating.

HISPANIC TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER, our institution began as a “Training at the Job program”, with Welding training courses. and also as people from the neighborhood and the community in general approached us and requested training and help to get certified and training the students with the skills and necessary tools to expand opportunities of better pay promotions, employment inclusion as well as the potential of starting their own business, later we started growing as a response to the urgency of trained personnel to work in the different trades in Illinois,

Our institution is located at 917 National Ave, Addison, IL 6010. Its infrastructure is made up of 3 buildings, and this includes 4 workshops: in Mechanics, Electricity, Welding, and Air Conditioning and Heating.
